After some serious soul-searching we've decided that this year we will be charging a nominal admission fee for Open Web Camp - and we mean nominal: $10.00 per person. Last year we experienced a 30% no-show rate that resulted in wasted food ordered and a situation where we had to turn away late-comers only to have the available space after all due to no-shows. Since we run Open Web Camp for the love of the web (and not for profit) any funds left after expenses will be donated to charity (and attendees will get to vote on which charity that should be). We are confident that you will understand our reasoning, and support our intent, and we thank you for your continued support of Open Web Camp.
